The hotel offers nice rooms with a complete kitchen for 2 adults, overlooking the side street. The service was mostly helpful and accommodating, with a few minor issues. The location is excellent for exploring LA and nearby attractions, but there were some maintenance concerns. Dining options were varied, but there were occasional inconveniences. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to Universal, LA, studios, and many other tourist spots. The rooms, although spacious, face the highway, which can be noisy during the summer. The service is friendly and welcoming, with a great breakfast selection. The location is excellent, close to downtown Burbank and other attractions, though a bit far from the entrance. The dining experience offers a good variety but could be improved. Overall, a decent option in the LA area.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, with designated areas for everything, making it easy to cook, work, relax, and sleep. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. However, there was an incident of a customer being yelled at with profanity, which was unsettling. The location is excellent, close to Universal Studios and within walking distance of Ikea and downtown Burbank. The dining experience was wonderful, offering many choices, but the space was too small for the hotel's capacity.
